Job summary

CommQuest Services, Inc. seeks a full-time LPN Staff Nurse for our Medication Assisted Treatment program located in Canton, Ohio. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by your supervisor for clients suffering from addiction.

Responsibilities include assessing patient condition, implementing treatment plans, educating patients on medications, documenting nursing care via EHR, and collaborating with the medical team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions.
• Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus!
• Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is required.
• Previous experience with systems such as Methasoft and Methadone pump required.
• Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients.
• 10 paid holidays annually.

• Work and communicate effectively with Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Director, clinical staff, etc. to provide best client care.
• All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM with rotational Saturdays. No Sundays or holidays.
