Job summary

CommQuest seeks a full-time LPN Staff Nurse for our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Urinary Drug Screening (UDS) program located in Canton, Ohio. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by your supervisor for clients suffering from addiction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED. Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus.
• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio with no license restrictions.
• Experience in mental health and/or addictions preferred.
• Experience with Methasoft and Methadone pump systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans for MAT and UDS patients.
• Educate patients about condition, medications, and treatment plans.
• Document nursing care via EHR under supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners and clinical team to provide high-quality client care.
• Perform urinary drug screenings and other duties as assigned.
