Join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Centers Health Care

University Center, a 46-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Bronx, NY, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility. We are currently offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Compensation: Base rate of $31.94 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering required information from new residents for admission.
• Recording residents' health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
• Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid LPN license in the state.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
