Join us as an LPN (Nurse) at Centers Health Care

Amsterdam Nursing Home is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts at our Skilled Nursing Facility in New York City. We offer competitive rates, sign-on bonuses, and welcoming opportunities for new grads.

Position Details

• Base rate: $35.38/hr with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts
• Non-Union rate: $45/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for full-time positions
• New grads are encouraged to apply
• Now hiring straight to the union

Responsibilities

• Collecting resident information for admissions
• Recording health details including vitals and temperature
• Administering medications and injections
• Treating wounds and bedsores
• Supervising CNAs may be required
• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and dressing
• Monitoring food and fluid intake/output

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Valid NY State LPN license
• Good standing with the State Registry
