Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ECC at Centers Health Care

Far Rockaway Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Far Rockaway, NY.

Compensation: Base rate of $31.94 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Sign-on Bonus: Now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Collecting required information from new Residents for admission.
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
• Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring food and liquid intake and output.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid LPN license in the state.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
