Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ECC Emergency Care

Join us at Centers Health Care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ECC Emergency Care.

Position Details:

• Location: Williamsbridge Center, Bronx, NY
• Type: Full-time, Entry level
• Shift: Evening and night shifts with a 10% differential

Compensation: Base rate of $31.94 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Admit and collect information from new residents
• Record health details, including vitals and temperature
• Administer medications and injections
• Treat wounds and bedsores
• Supervise CNAs if required
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing
• Monitor food and liquid intake/output

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in NY
• In good standing with the State Registry
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
