Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is actively seeking experienced LPN Team Members to work Full-time in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.

Available shifts: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem

Compensation: Base rate of $33.38, with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collecting information from residents for admission, including medical records and insurance details.
2. Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administering medications and injections as needed.
4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
6. Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

1. Valid NY State LPN license.
2. Strong teamwork skills.
3. In good standing with the State Registry.
