Eastern Star Home in Utica, New York, seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This full-time role offers the benefit of no weekend shifts, enabling a balanced schedule while delivering direct patient care, medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring to our residents.

You will develop care plans with the healthcare team, assist residents with daily living activities, and maintain accurate records.

Formación

• Current LPN license in the State of New York.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience as an LPN, with willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided.
• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, including setting goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our residents.
