Job summary

Eastern Star Home in Utica, NY is seeking a dedicated LPN for a per diem role to provide compassionate patient care and support to residents. This position offers flexibility and autonomy in scheduling while contributing to a supportive care team.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; nursing degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; new graduates welcome to apply.

• Assist with vital signs, weight, and bathing as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in resident assessments, including vital signs, weight, and other relevant data

Requirements:

• Current LPN

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nursing or related field preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
