Contract Type: Travel or Local (75-mile radius rule applies)

Shift: 6:30am-2:30 PM

Schedule: Every other weekend required

Position Summary

• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active New York LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting
• Current BLS certification
• Willingness to float to all units within the building
• Experience with MS, orthopedic, dementia, and memory care populations
• Familiarity with PointClick Care EMR preferred
• 40-bed unit with diverse patient needs
• Travel candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius
• Local candidates within 75 miles are accepted at a local rate
