Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care required.
• At least one year of supervisory or charge nurse experience needed.
• Ability to perform frequent physical activity including lifting residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Oversee night shift operations and ensure adequate staffing.
• Assign and coordinate tasks to CNAs and RMAs.
