Harbor's Edge Norfolk is seeking a compassionate and highly qualified full-time LPN Night Supervisor to join our team. Located on the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, Virginia, our community offers a full continuum of care. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in senior living settings, along with strong leadership and clinical skills.

This role involves providing direct nursing care, overseeing night shift operations, and mentoring nursing staff. Join us in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

Competenze

• Minimum of three years of experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care required.
• At least one year of supervisory or charge nurse experience needed.
• Ability to perform frequent physical activity including lifting residents.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Oversee night shift operations and ensure adequate staffing.
• Assign and coordinate tasks to CNAs and RMAs.
