Job summary
Harbor's Edge Continuing Care Retirement Community in Norfolk, VA, seeks a qualified LPN Day Supervisor to oversee Assisted Living and Memory Support units. You will supervise staff, administer medications, participate in care planning, and ensure compliance with state standards under the MS Manager and Health Services Administrator.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Virginia LPN license in good standing.
- 3+ years related nursing experience; assisted living/long‑term care preferred.
- 1+ year of nursing supervisory experience.
- COVID vaccination required.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise activities of Assisted Living and Memory Support departments under MS Manager/Health Services Administrator.
- Report and recommend on department operations to Administrator.
- Hiring/terminations/training/scheduling and staffing oversight.
- Develop and ensure care plans; document observations and regulatory compliance.
- Administer medications and treatments per licensure; monitor vital signs and safety.
- Complete documentation of observations and care by end of shift.
