Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a dedicated LPN Night Supervisor to monitor residents, coordinate care with a healthcare team, and ensure accurate charting and medication administration. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care and adherence to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate brings proven LPN experience, strong nursing skills, and a collaborative mindset to support residents and staff during night shifts in Kentucky.

Formación

• Proven experience as a LPN.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines since sanitation and decontamination are critical.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a LPN

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times

• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
