Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound and catheter care.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs and the care team.
• Educate residents and families on treatment plans and health management.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and emergencies.
• Assist in supervising nursing assistants.
