Job summary

Messiah Lifeways in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a night shift PRN nurse (LPN/RN) to join our Nursing team. The role focuses on ensuring quality and continuity of resident care on a designated Neighborhood and shift.

The position requires strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records, and the ability to coordinate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. A valid LPN or RN license is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• LPN or RN licensure required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality resident care on a designated Neighborhood and shift.
• Supervise nursing care team members as assigned.
• Coordinate scheduling and transportation for residents as needed.
• Observe, assess, and document residents' symptoms and conditions, updating families and physicians.
• Plan and implement the resident's care plan with ongoing revisions.
