Job summary

Good Samaritan in Battle Lake, MN is seeking an LPN to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. You will apply nursing principles within the care plan, monitor residents, and administer medications as ordered, ensuring health, safety and comfort across shifts.

This FLEX position requires availability for all shifts (days, evenings, overnights) with a $5.00/hr FLEX premium and various differential opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and maintains required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision within the care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Communicate with residents, families, and care team to ensure quality care and safety.
