Qualifications

• Knowledge of geriatric nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to assess resident needs and develop care plans.
• Strong communication with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Observes and reports medication effects and resident progress.
• Ensure supplies and medications are available and accurate.
• Participate in shift reports and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Provide direct resident care including ADLs and documentation.
