Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Gss Nd Lakota Ctr in North Dakota. This full-time, night-shift role includes every-other-weekend and holiday requirements, with potential OT.

You will provide nursing care under supervision, administer medications, and support residents’ health and safety in a Christian not-for-profit setting. Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, an unencumbered LPN license, and ND IV therapy education as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• Current unencumbered LPN license.
• North Dakota IV therapy certification or coursework as required.
• 400 hours of supervised clinical experience as LPN or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care, outcomes, and education provided.
• Collaborate with RN/physician and other staff in an interdisciplinary team.
