Job summary
Linley Park Post Acute in Anderson, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure residents receive care per individualized plans.
This role offers $28–$30 per hour with night/weekend shift differentials, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO and 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth within PACS Group.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Active, unencumbered SC LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others.
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment.
