Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Caledonia to work with pediatric patients in a homecare setting, 2:1 patient ratio.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from health care members and documents nursing diagnoses.
