Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a mid-shift position in Chicago, Illinois. This role is pivotal in patient care, working under the supervision of RNs to assess and implement treatment for vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Illinois.
• CPR certification required.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts at the beginning of each shift.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
