State of Georgia is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Pathways Center to support the Crisis Stabilization Units and Crisis Service Center. You will work with physicians, PAs and NPs to oversee medications, coordinate care, and participate in daily team staffing.

A Georgia LPN license is required and prior behavioral health experience is preferred. The role involves triage assessments, vital signs, and documentation using the EHR.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Georgia license to practice as an LPN.
• High School diploma/GED and completion of an LPN program or equivalent.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide general nursing care to clients as needed.
• Assist in managing medication administration and coordinate with on-site pharmacist regarding inventory and prescriptions.
• Utilize the MAR/EHR systems for documentation.
• Communicate with medical team and participate in daily staffing.
• Measure and document vitals and monitor client conditions.
• Perform medical assessments during walk-in triage when RN is unavailable.
• Collaborate with health care team to assess needs and implement interventions.
