Qualifications

• Must have a degree in geriatrics, elder care, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of facility licensure regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and social media.
• Warm, approachable personality with a passion for seniors and memory care.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

• Ensure safety & compliance: oversee care plans, safety protocols, and documentation while maintaining regulatory standards.
• Engage & connect: build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community through events, programs, and meaningful interactions.
• Support operations: manage departmental budgets, assist with marketing and outreach, and keep the neighborhood welcoming, safe, and organized.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Geriatrics, Elder Care, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of leadership experience with proven supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of facility licensure regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and social media.
• A warm, approachable personality with a passion for seniors and memory care.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and step into other roles as needed.
