Job summary

IntegraCare seeks a dedicated LPN Memory Care Director to lead the Memory Care Program at Exton Senior Living. This on-site role blends clinical oversight with engaging activities for residents, supported by comprehensive benefits and a focus on quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license, has memory care or dementia experience, and demonstrates leadership, creativity and a collaborative spirit to partner with families and community resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy preferred).
• LPN license required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Recreational Therapy (Memory Care preferred).
• Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Gerontology experience preferred.
• CRS preferred.

LPN Memory Care Director (LifeStories Director)

IntegraCare, manager of Senior Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities, is looking for a dedicated, creative and caring individual to manage our Memory Care Program at our premier community, Exton Senior Living.

Salary:

$75,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year + Quarterly Bonus Potential

Responsibilities:

• Provide active and passive, group and individual activities that enhance the lives of the Residents, allowing them to play an active role in society.
• Develop, organize and implement a well rounded activities program that enhances the lives of the residents.
• Must have extensive knowledge of therapeutic recreational techniques and posses the ability to interact positively with outside organizations to promote positive community relations.
• Must display creativity, leadership skills, and motivational drive.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required (a bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy or a similar field is strongly preferred).
• LPN License
• A minimum of one year prior experience in the Recreational Therapy field (preferably Memory Care/Dementia specific) is required (preference will be given to those with experience in a supervisory/managerial role).
• A valid driver's license is required with no more than two moving violations in a three-year period as determined by insurance industry standards.
• Gerontology experience is strongly preferred.
• CRS is preferred.
