IntegraCare's Exton Senior Living memory care program seeks a dedicated Memory Care Director to manage life enrichment for residents. This role emphasizes creative leadership, program development, and collaboration with external organizations to enhance community relations.

Experience in recreational therapy or gerontology is valued, with a candidate trail of supervisory capabilities and a valid driver’s license. Exton Senior Living offers competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred in Recreational Therapy or related field.
• Gerontology experience preferred; supervisory/managerial experience considered an asset.
• CRS certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide active and passive, group and individual activities to enhance residents' lives.
• Develop, organize and implement a well-rounded activities program.
• Possess knowledge of therapeutic recreational techniques and engage with outside organizations to promote community relations.
• Demonstrate creativity, leadership and motivational drive in program delivery.
