IntegraCare is seeking a Memory Care Director (LifeStories Director) to lead the Memory Care program at Exton Senior Living. You will plan and supervise engaging activities, support residents and families, and collaborate with clinical and culinary teams to maintain a safe, vibrant environment.

The ideal candidate has recreation therapy knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for dementia care. This role offers competitive benefits and opportunities to impact residents' quality of life.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Recreational Therapy; supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations (≤2 in 3 years).
• Gerontology experience preferred.
• CRS certification preferred.

Memory Care Director (LifeStories Director)

IntegraCare , manager of Senior Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities, is looking for a dedicated, creative and caring individual to manage our Memory Care Program at our premier community, Exton Senior Living.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $66,500.00 per year + Quarterly Bonus Potential

Responsibilities:

• Provide active and passive, group and individual activities that enhance the lives of the Residents, allowing them to play an active role in society.
• Develop, organize and implement a well-rounded activities program that enhances the lives of the residents.
• Must have extensive knowledge of therapeutic recreational techniques and possess the ability to interact positively with outside organizations to promote positive community relations.
• Must display creativity, leadership skills, and motivational drive.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required ( a bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy or a similar field is strongly preferred ).
• A minimum of one-year prior experience in the Recreational Therapy field ( preferably Memory Care/Dementia specific ) is required ( preference will be given to those with experience in a supervisory/managerial role ).
• A valid driver's license is required with no more than two moving violations in a three-year period as determined by insurance industry standards.
• Gerontology experience is strongly preferred.
• CRS is preferred.
