Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support with safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation for residents. In this role you will follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration, monitor symptoms, transcribe orders, and maintain MAR/TAR records while upholding regulatory standards and resident safety.

• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly

• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

Pay Range:

30.30 - 40.45
