Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support, safely administering medications per physician orders and documenting in MAR/TAR in real time. You will monitor residents, report changes, and support care plan updates, with a focus on accuracy and safety for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief
• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards

Pay Range:

29.25 - 39.05
