HSHS Medical Group in Illinois seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse II for St. Anthony’s Hospital. The role covers full-time, night shifts with every-other-weekend rotation, contributing to a patient-centered clinic setting in a large health system.

The LPN will support care planning, patient education, and efficient care delivery while adhering to safety protocols. A state-approved LPN program completion, NCLEX-PN passing, and BLS are required.

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

The Licensed Practical Nurse II plays an important role in the clinic setting, performing various clinical and administrative tasks to assist patients through their healthcare journey.
