SFL HSHS St. Francis Hospital serves as a key healthcare provider in Illinois, inviting nursing students to gain hands-on clinical experience within our hospital network.

Enrolled students, or recent graduates, contribute to patient care across various units while developing core nursing skills. This program supports part-time, PRN, or full-time schedules and offers exposure to multidisciplinary teams, with compensation aligned to experience and education.

Formación

• Nursing student enrolled in an accredited ADN, BSN or MSN program, or graduated with ADN or BSN within the previous 1 year.
• Student must have successfully completed at least one clinical rotation.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.20

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Get hands‑on work experience in patient care while you are enrolled in nursing school. You will care for patients of all ages, ensuring that care is tailored to meet individual needs and aligns with established standards of practice. This role offers an opportunity to enhance clinical skills, collaborate with healthcare teams, and prepare for a future nursing career.

Additional Requirement

Must be currently enrolled in a nursing program and have completed at least one semester to apply. Provides support to the nursing team while gaining hands‑on clinical experience in a hospital setting.

Education Qualifications

• Nursing student currently enrolled in an accredited ADN, BSN or MSN program, or graduated with ADN or BSN within the previous 1 year.
• Student must have successfully completed at least one clinical rotation.

Experience Qualifications

• Successfully completed at least one medical‑surgical clinical rotation.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
