Pay Range: $25.53 - $38.29 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. The Licensed Practical Nurse II plays an important role in the clinic setting, performing various clinical and administrative tasks to assist patients through their healthcare journey. LPNs assist in planning and managing patient care according to each patient's needs and furthering the mission of the organization by providing high-quality, respectful care to all.

Position Specifics

Department: Medical Surgical. Core Function: Nursing. Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours per week, night shift. Every other weekend rotation. Facility: St. Anthony's Hospital.

Education Qualifications

Completion of State Approved Training Program for Licensed Practical Nurse.

Experience Qualifications

1 year of License Practical Nursing experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Licensed as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice is required.
