Nebraska Medicine in Omaha seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Third Shift role on the Med Surg unit. The LPN will provide essential nursing care, working collaboratively with registered nurses and medical staff in a supportive environment.

Shift: Third Shift (United States of America) – LPN – Med Surg – 4/5 Lied Position.
This 40‑bed med‑surg and telemetry unit specializes in post‑operative, complex orthopedics. Patients may include total knee and hip replacements, complicated orthopedic cases, pulmonary, sepsis, gastrointestinal, endocrine, cardiac, renal, and psychiatric illnesses. Nurses will also work with titratable drips, chest tubes, tracheostomies, wound care, high‑oxygen delivery systems, and end‑of‑life care.

Provide nursing care and identified clinical support tasks within the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) scope of practice for achievement of the patient's plan of care in conjunction with the registered nurse and/or medical staff.
