Staff RN - RN - Orthopedic Medical Surgical 4&5 Lied
$15,000 sign on bonus
This 40-bed med-surg and telemetry unit specializes in post-operative, complex orthopedics. Patients may include total knee and hip replacements, complicated orthopedic cases, pulmonary, sepsis, gastrointestinal, endocrine, cardiac, renal, and psychiatric illnesses. Nurses will also work with titratable drips, chest tubes, tracheostomies, wound cares, high-oxygen delivery systems, and end-of-life care. The unit is known for innovation and teamwork due to its pilot programs and strategic thinking, and its culture focuses on positivity and solutions over problems. Its nursing care delivery model is designed for efficiency and staffing models are based on patient acuity.
