Role Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Nurse provides critical nursing support by administering medications, monitoring residents' health, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation in a senior living environment.

• Transcribing physician orders and supporting care plan updates
• Observing and reporting physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
• Maintaining medication carts, completing narcotic counts, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications
