Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support in senior living settings, ensuring safe medication administration and accurate clinical documentation.

You will administer medications per physician orders, monitor residents, and document in MAR/TAR in real time, while maintaining carts and complying with safety standards. Experience in senior care is preferred and CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration.

• Conduct SHUs and transcribe physician orders.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive status.
• Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure safety standards.

• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents
• Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with safety standards
