Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration to ensure safety
• Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real time
• Monitor symptoms, administer medications for relief, and report adverse reactions or refusals
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration is preferred

Key Duties:

• Prevent medication errors and promote resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence
• Support comprehensive resident care by observing health status and supporting care plans
