Ripley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a new increased wage scale. The role supports resident care, medication administration, and supervision of nursing staff, with a focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.

Starting wages range from $27.00 to $32.50 per hour for full-time positions, with daily, weekly, or bi-weekly pay options and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. CPR and an active LPN license are required.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN nursing program.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Document resident conditions and nursing needs.
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assign nursing care to team members based on resident needs and capabilities.
• Supervise, direct, and evaluate junior staff and CNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments and document per regulations.
• Participate in orientation and in-service training for staff.
