Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a caregiver-focused environment. We offer daily pay and competitive compensation for both full-time and part-time shifts at $32–$37 per hour, all inclusive.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Virginia.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards, plan of care, and physician orders.
• Follow individualized care plans with Nurse Manager and team.
• Perform medication administration per POC and policies.
• Monitor residents, report changes to nurse/physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulations.
• Support a safe, respectful, therapeutic environment.
