Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians’ orders promptly and accurately.
• Supervises and directs junior staff and CNAs.
• Administers medications and treatments and documents accordingly.
• Assists in orientation and in-service training.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are maintained safely and efficiently.
• Coordinates nursing care with therapy/procedures.
