Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.
• Two years of nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans per CMS RAI Manual.
• Report changes in patient condition identified by the MDS assessment to the DON.
• Educate direct care staff on CMS RAI Manual or Skilled Nursing Facility Regulations updates.
