Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Licensed as a practical nurse in the State of Missouri.
• Three years of direct care experience, including long term care and care planning responsibilities.
• Knowledge of HFCA regulations and guidelines, MDS requirements and PPS/RUGS processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MDS management and care plan development in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of MDS records, resident charts and reports.
• Promote resident quality of life and care as evidenced by regulatory surveys.
