Qualified candidates will hold an active LPN license in Missouri, have 3+ years of direct care experience including LTC, and demonstrate expertise in documentation, PPS, and RUGs.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Missouri or eligible for licensure.
• Three years direct patient care experience, including LTC exposure.
• Strong assessment, care plan development, and MDS documentation skills.
• Familiarity with HFCA (HCFA) regulations, PPS, and RUGs.
• Ability to maintain accurate resident charts and reports.
