CVS Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the Las Vegas area to deliver high-quality patient care in a community setting.

You will assess needs, administer treatments, document care in an EMR (Epic preferred), and work with a multidisciplinary team to support better patient outcomes and safe care delivery. This full‑time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Active and in good standing LVN or LPN license.
• Successful NCLEX-PN completion.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate patient conditions and monitor treatment responses.
• Document vital signs and treatment outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan care.
• Perform mental health screenings and ensure patient safety.
