Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for a long-term care setting. You will deliver nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, administer medications, and monitor resident status.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, documenting care in the resident record, and communicating changes to the care team while adhering to infection control and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Prior experience in LTC preferred.
• Current LPN licensure in state of practice.

Education & Experience

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
