Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• If position requires IV therapy/management skills, North Dakota requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of a RN, provider or physician.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge and perform tasks per care plan and age-specific standards.
• Document resident care, medication administration, and interactions; communicate with the care team.
