Good Samaritan in Oberlin, KS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN nursing care in long-term care facilities. You will work under supervision to provide nursing care, administer medications, and support residents and families.

The role requires an LPN license, 18+ years old, 3 months LTC experience (6 months preferred), and willingness to travel within a 75-mile radius. Competitive premium pay and shift differentials apply.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must hold an unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
• Currently holds valid LPN licensure and maintains required competencies and CEU requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of a RN or physician.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Assess residents and contribute to care planning.
• Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality within the care team.
