Good Samaritan seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will work under supervision of a RN or physician, ensuring safety and comfort for residents according to care plans.

Position requires an LPN license, 3–6 months LTC experience, and availability for PRN shifts with a minimum of 30 hours per month and at least one weekend per month. Travel to nearby locations within a 75-mile radius is required.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in Long Term Care; 6 months preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.

Educación

Graduated from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN

Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
