Job summary

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with LPN licensure.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license.
• Supervised clinical experience across the lifespan as part of curriculum or equivalent experience.
• IV therapy/management training may be required by state where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
