Job summary

Intersect Healthcare of Lamont is seeking an LPN for full-time or part-time day shifts (6a–6:30p) and part-time night shifts (6p–6a) in Michigan. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

The role involves coordinating total nursing care, developing care plans, and supervising staff to ensure policy compliance and high-quality resident care. Responsibilities include rounds with physicians, medication administration, documentation, and ongoing communication with leadership to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan license as a licensed practical nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop Care Plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration.
• Make rounds with a physician and observe resident symptoms and responses to treatments.
• Document in PCC and other records; monitor and report resident status.
• Coordinate with DON, Unit Managers and other staff to ensure compliant care.
