Job summary

IntersectHC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. The role includes assessing residents, developing care plans, and administering medications, with supervision of CNAs and coordination with nursing leadership.

The position may be full-time day shifts or part-time night shifts, offering a $6,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow within a supportive team. Michigan licensure and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan LPN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans.
• Accurately record observations and follow care plans.
• Administer medications per policies and physician orders.
• Document in PCC and maintain medical records.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing and Unit Managers and supervise staff.
• Provide supportive and rehabilitative care to residents.
